The room was absolutely delightful and so Instagram-worthy with its beautiful Peranakan house views and cozy furnishings. As a karaoke and casino lover, I appreciated the 32-inch flat-screen TV for some late-night singing sessions and the drinks amenities were just what I needed for a quick pick-me-up before hitting the casino.

I found the room a bit small but, hey, still cozy for a short stay!

Always choose this spot. First stay, staff helped me shop. Perfect for me, with Wi-Fi, late check-in/out, fitness center, plus breakfast. Coming back for Xmas.

The hotel enjoys a great location with easy access to the airport, as well as to other parts of the city. Katong area is packed with eateries and shops and it’s perfect for exploring the local culture. The breakfast is varied and a mixture of western and local dishes. Some rooms offer great city views and are equipped with Bluetooth alarm clocks and comfy beds.

The gym has limited space and equipment.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect as it was just outside of the main central city area in a neighbourhood called Katong that had tons of delicious restaurants with different types of cuisine. There was a mall, Katong plaza, right next door with a supermarket and ATMs within a 5-minute walk. Also, the hotel was not too far from the airport, which made it convenient for us to catch our flight.

Highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting this area.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Katong for 3 nights. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and there are plenty of food options nearby, including a supermarket. The room was clean and comfortable, with an excellent shower and amazingly comfortable pillows. The hotel staff, especially David, were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, both Western and Asian. The gym and guest laundry room were also great amenities to have.

Great location in the east side of the city, with nearby attractions and cafes. Fair value for the price paid, especially with the bonus points promotion. Clean and cleverly designed rooms that didn't feel cramped

Poor quality and uninspiring breakfast, with bland food options. Chaotic and crowded breakfast area with overwhelmed cleaning crew.

The breakfast variety at the hotel was like a bustling food festival, offering a wide array of dishes from different cuisines. I felt like a kid in a candy store, trying out everything from Indian delicacies to classic English breakfast items. It was a delightful start to each day.

Confusing to go from Hotel Entrance to Level 7.

The breakfast had a good variety of options with fresh fruit and juices. The dining area had plenty of seating and there was even an outdoor area. The room was comfortable with effective blackout curtains and useful amenities like a safe for my laptop. The staff were friendly and helpful with the check-in and check-out process.

Located in the East Coast region, we enjoyed strolls by the beach and relished the proximity to Katong 112 Mall, offering a variety of dining options and even air-conditioned shopping. The trendy nightclubs, delicious local cuisine, and vibrant arts & culture scene in the vicinity were perfect for the family to explore.

My kids wished for a larger play area within the hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium due to its provision of free and fast Wi-Fi, complimentary Express Start Breakfast, a self-service business centre, and a meeting room. The coin-operated laundromat was convenient for refreshing my wardrobe during the stay.

The only service I missed for my work was an on-site printing and photocopying facility.

Helpful staff, clean room, good location, excellent price, great breakfast, good communication.
